WOW. What a spot. This is located across the street from Outback Steakhouse and College Square. This is one of the best spots we have. It's got a long 3 flat 2 double set, a 3 flat 3 shorter double set, and a huge loading dock near the back. There is also a 6 stair with a nice handrail you can hit, but it's landing is dirt and gravel. You can fix that with some plywood. Come here on the weekend because weekdays are a total bust. But weekends are hassle free. The only bad thing about this spot is the runway. The ground is this cobblestone/brick combination which slows you down a little. Either bring some ply-wood or push fast.
