 MOONEY GROVE PARK


 

In Visalia, there is a 7 stair hand rail and and 6 stair gap, in Mooney grove park, to get there, you go on Mooney road and head towards Tulare city, the only problem is that you have to pay to get into Mooney grove park, the the hand rails are sweet, round and smooth as hell. Security there is ok, the best time to go is on the weekends in the afternoon.
