Citrus College 9 stair and rail perfect not a bust  7 stair and rail to warm up on of the 210 freeway exit Azusa street go north for 3 or 4 miles park in the back an there is a perfect 16 stair walk by the lunch quad and you will see the rail and might I ad it is the perfect rain spot " under a roof and all " so go there and you'll be stoked like crazy .
