I live in paradise (right above Chico) and we have a decent scene. The spot I want to submit is a place called butte college. it's locate at 3536 Butte Campus dr.(pentz rd. and Clark Rd.) it has millions of stairs every thing from 3 to 16.every set has a handrail that is not kinked or knobbed. there is a double 3 and 2 sets of 7 that are pretty fun. also in both parking lots that are low rails that separate the motor cycle parking, perfect for slides and grinds....
