To get to the New Santa Cruz Skatepark from Highway 17 take Ocean Ave. all the way down and make a right onto San Lorenzo Blvd. The park will be about 2 blocks up on the left. Cant miss it.

The New Santa Cruz Skatepark is so damn sick. This place has something for everyone. The people of Santa Cruz really care about skating. Endless lines.. the smoothest and fastest ride around these parts. The street course and smaller bowl are sick. Well you pretty much have to go there to get the total feel. I recommend taking the day off work and hitting it early. You must wear a helmet but we got buy with a warning after 3 hours or so. Skate at your own risk. I have a ton of pictures so I am adding a gallery for this park.
