The Piedmont Skate Park  is located at Piedmont Road and Moraga on top of a hill behind a baseball field.

The Piedmont Skate Park was all about the bowl. The rest of this park comes downhill from the top and leads you with tons of speed right into the bowl. I did not like this park myself there was no flow whatsoever.
