To get to the Gilroy Skatepark From 101 South take the 152 West Highway and follow the 152 signs till it turns into 1st St. Make a right onto Wren Ave. then a right onto Mantelli. The skate park is located in the Las Animas Veterans Park.

The Gilroy Skatepark was getting a metal gate put up so I did not get to skate this park but it looks pretty weak if you ask me. Real steep transitions but not enough room to take that speed anywhere but the gate. As a matter of fact everything looks like it will throw you into the gate. The city put gates up to keep bikers out. Well nothing exciting at this skate park I will just go to Hollister.
