To get to the Carlsbad Skate Park from Highway 5 South take the Palomar Airport Rd Exit. Go left stay on Airport till El Camino Real. Make a left onto El Camino then a right on Faraday. Follow to Orion and make a left. The skatepark is located right in front of the police station.

The Carlsbad skatepark was more like a place to just warm up and goof around. We got to skate about two and a half minutes then the police came out of nowhere and kicked us out. You have to have your pads they will cite you. We got lucky with the we are from out of town excuse. Well if you feel like gearing up in pads and skating some small banks then this is the place for you.
