At 18,000 square feet, the proposed Willits skate park will be the biggest park in the greater North Coast region and area skaters are stoked on the design, which consists of challenging course for really good skaters, as well as sections for intermediate and beginning skaters. The construction contract is scheduled to go out to bid in mid-June. Hopefully construction will begin August 6.
